6" heel and 3 1/2" platform. Patent leather upper, leather lining and man made sole. Handmade in Portugal. Fits true to size, slightly big if anything. Size US8 insole measures at 9 5/8" inches or 24.5cm. Each half size is 1/4 inch or 1/2cm difference.
