i believe it’s time I started my “Realization” posting series.
This will serve as your inside view on what I’ve recently realized on my journey into becoming a better woman.
I’ve realized that nothing, not even lessons learned, time, nor consequences can change a person. No matter how hard you try, how many times you repeat yourself- it’s only up to that person to change. I’ve explicitly learned this lesson- over and over again. I don’t ask from people things that I wouldn’t/aren’t capable of doing if they asked me to, so if I do ask, my expectation is that I can take someone’s word for bond. But currently holding the cloud of disappointment over my heart- I realize people’s words don’t mean a damn thing.
