Thought For the Day: Negative People
i used to have a friend, whom at almost every moment seeked to bring attention to themselves; to seek pity, almost constantly explaining their misfortunes and the "bad" cards life dealt them. when it was time for others to "vent" they'd relate it to thier situatios, offering bland and unlogical solutions and somehow bring the focus back to them; making pretty much any sober moments spent with them....terrible. i now understand that this person has issue's deeper than just having a complex and attention seeking deficets. So with that being said DO NOT let negative, self-pity people invade your life and stress you with their problems. we all have them. it's ok to be a shoulder, but not a daily one to the point where you find yourself depressed, stressed and messed up mentally due to someone else's constant reminder of problems which are not yours. if you mind ain't right, how will you prosper?

Thought for the Day.by Jewel Diamond Taylor
Thought for the day
"Your thoughts, emotions and habits are the brick and mortar of the house you
live in. The termites that can eat away at the walls of peace, security and success
are; grudges, resentment, stress, anger, rebellion, dishonesty, pride, selfishness,
fear and procrastination. Remember you are responsible for exterminating those
termites. They start off invisible to the eye and grow. Take care of yourself.
You live inside your head (i.e. thoughts, feelings, memories, habits, beliefs).
Tear down the walls of negativity. Clear the air of stinkin' thinking. Open
the windows of your mind to see possibilities. Build a stronger foundation of faith
to withstand the storms of life.
If necessary, remodel, refresh and renew your interal house with the paint of
gratitude, faith, hope, sense of humor, hope, compassion, patience, self-discipline
and love. Don't l ive in dark rooms of depression and grief.
Open the windows and let the light of God's love, peace, grace and power enter in.
Get rid of the cob webs of old limited and fearful thinking."
