Pongal releasing films

The much expected film Ajith’s “Asal” will be released on Pongal 2010. Heroines are Sameera Reddy and Bhavana. Another The much expected film “Aayirathil Oruvan” will be released on Pongal 2010. This film is directed by Selvaraghavan, Hero Karthi, Heroines Reema Sen and Andrea and music by G.V. Prakash. Another Karthi film “Payya” also released on Pongal Day. This film is directed by Lingusamy, Hero Karthi, Heroine Tamannah and music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Silambarasan’s “Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya” likely to released on Pongal. This film is directed by Gautham Menon, Hero Silambarasan, Heroine Trisha and music by A.R.Rahman. The film “Kutty” is also released on Pongal day. This film is directed by Jawahar, Hero Dhanush, Heroine Shriya and music by Devi Sri Prasad.

Aayirathil Oruvan audio release on June 14

Selvaragavan’s dream project Aayirathil Oruvan, is slated to have its audio launch on Sunday, June 14.The function would be held at the University Centenary Hall in in Chennai.The function would be a grand launch which will have almost all the Kollywood celebrities.

This function is following the foot steps of Kanthasamy,since African and Kerala dancers are going to perform on the stage,where as in Kanthasamy Italain dancers are going to perform on the stage.G.V.Prakash is the music director for the film.

The album of the film Aayirathil Oruvan has a total of 10 songs composed by G.V.Prakash.Six songs are expected to be there in the movie.The deciosn whether to live telecast the audio function show is yet to be decided.
